Face to Face Services (in Walthamstow, East London)

Option 1:  Eat Well Consultation (2 hours)

  • Analysis of your food diary and setting of your goals (this can include personal goals and goals for the entire family).

  • Personalised tips and handouts on eating a balanced diet, cutting down on fat and sugar, portion sizes and increasing activity levels.

  • Bespoke follow-up email with delicious, easy and healthy recipes, ingredients swaps and snack suggestions.  This can include suggestions for all the family! 

  • Your ideal daily calorie intake (including safe weight loss if this is your goal).

  • Demonstration on how to understand food labels when shopping to help you make better choices.

  • A child-friendly environment - toys, drawing materials, a playpen and access to a TV can be provided if you need to bring your child along to our meeting!

 

Cost:  £65

Availability: Weekdays between 9.15am - 3pm/possibility of an evening.

Option 2:  8-week Eat Well Package - face to face or by phone/FaceTime (weekly payment available). This includes:

 

  • A one-to-one initial consultation of 90 minutes, where we will complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire, food and activity diary and discuss your goals.  If you want to lose weight we will work out your recommended calorie intake.  

  • 7 weekly one-to-one meet-ups of 60-90 minutes, where we will discuss your progress, any barriers to change and will set small weekly goals towards your main goals.  Each week we will focus on a different topic and I will give you handouts.  These include: what food your body needs, cutting down on sugar and fat, planning for hectic lifestyles, eating out tips, vitamins and minerals, alcohol, increasing physical activity, calories,  recipe adaptations and self control techniques.  Questions are encouraged!

  • If you want to lose weight - weekly calorie goals and weekly weighing.

  • Weekly analysis of your food and activity diary.

  • A visit to a supermarket of your choice, to learn how to understand food labels and not buy in to clever marketing.

  • Easy, healthy and tasty meal and snack suggestions, around your budget.

  • Advice about child nutrition, fussy eating and educating your kids about food, if you would like this.

  • A child-friendly environment - toys, drawing materials, a playpen and access to a TV can be provided if you need to bring your child along to our meetings!

  • Text or email support in between sessions.

 

Cost: £300.  Can be split in to 8 weekly payments of £37.50 if preferred.  

Availability: Weekdays between 9.15am - 3pm.

Option 3:  Eat Well for Pregnancy Consultation (1 hour)

  • Information about nutrition during pregnancy and foods to avoid.

  • Bespoke meal and snack ideas, rich in the nutrients needed during pregnancy.  This can include family recipes and plenty of quick ideas for when you are tired and uncomfortable!  And meals to fit around your routine. 

  • Tips for managing morning sickness.

  • Information on how much we need to eat during pregnancy and tips to avoid excessive weight again.

  • A child-friendly environment - toys, drawing materials, a playpen and access to a TV can be provided if you need to bring a child along to our meeting!

Cost: £55

Availability: Weekdays between 9.15am - 3pm/possibility of an evening.

Phone Consultations With Follow-Up Email (this can be done entirely on email if preferred)

Option 1: Healthy Recipes and Top Tips (30 minute phone call with follow-up email)

  • Discussion about your healthy eating goals as an individual or family.

  • Delicious, interesting and bespoke recipes for you and/or the whole family, around your routine, time constraints and budget.  This can include recipes using some of the same ingredients to make life simpler, recipes that can be planned ahead,  freezable/bulk meals, quick recipes, fun family recipes and date night meals.  

  • Healthy snack suggestions for adults and kids.  

  • Breakfast and packed lunch ideas.

  • Bespoke food swap suggestions and tips for reducing fat and sugar.

  • Information on understanding food labels when shopping.

  • Advice about child nutrition and how to encourage healthy eating in children.

Cost: £55

Option 2: Eat Well for Pregnancy Consultation (20 minute phone call with follow-up email)

  • Information about nutrition during pregnancy, required supplements and foods to avoid.

  • Bespoke meal and snack ideas, rich in the nutrients needed during pregnancy.  This can include family recipes and plenty of quick ideas for when you are tired and uncomfortable!  And meals to fit around your routine and food preferences. 

  • Tips for managing morning sickness.

  • Information on how much we need to eat during pregnancy and tips to avoid excessive weight again.

Cost: £45

One-off future 1 hour review appointments £40 - or £25 if you recommend me!
